Indigestion or an upset stomach usually happens when people eat too much or too fast or eat the foods that don’t suite their body. This is a common problem for both kids and the grownups.
The indications of indigestion include:
• A burning sensation at the upper portion of stomach.
• A mild discomfort in the chest and abdominal area.
• Feeling heartburn.
• Often experiencing flatulence, burping or blenching.
• Feelings of bloatedness.
• Nausea.
• Bad breathe.
