Dengue Fever, which occurs widely in the tropics, can be life-threatening. This disease is caused by the bite of the mosquito Aedes. It can be also known as the break bone fever and is extremely painful.

The indications of the dengue fever include:

• An abrupt onset of fever

• Sever frontal headaches

• Severe Muscle and joint pains

• Loss in taste and appetite

• Pain behind the eyes

• Nausea and vomiting

• A rash may also occur about three to four days after onset of the fever

• In case of dengue hemorrhagic fever, bleeding from the nose, mouth and gums starts. Bruising may indicate the occurrence of internal bleeding
