Vegetables: They are extremely rich sources of minerals, vitamins and enzymes. Low vegetable intake increases risk for cancer. Use green leafy vegetables for pink health. Vitamin E, C, B, Carotene function as antioxidants which protects cancer and CAD. Take green leafy vegetables liberally good for health.
