Non vegetarian foods are good sources of proteins and have high biological value.  They are also rich sources on B complex vitamins, especially Vitamin B12. Egg white is good source of protein. Egg yolk contains high amounts of cholesterol which is not good for health. Some varieties of fish are rich sources of omega 3 fatty acids and calcium. To choose skinless chicken is better to fleshy ones.
