Since the lungs have no muscles, it is important to keep the muscles of the body that activate breathing in perfect shape and function. This is probably the most important thing to consider when thinking about the health of the lungs. Breathing too low weakens the lungs. Therefore focusing on breathing deeply is the most important thing towards keeping the lungs healthy.
