• Consume unsaturated fats like olive oil, nuts, avocados, canola oil.
• Reduced usage of red meat, milk, butter, eggs etc.
• Avoid hydrogenated oils.
• Diet rich of soya bean acts as an anticancer.
• Choose low-fat milk and dairy products.
• Eat fish (salmon, tuna) once or twice a week.
• Use garlic, ginger, curry powder, turmeric in dishes.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Take some raw fruits and vegetables as such.
