Doctor's Response (Posted on : 25 Feb 2009 )Hi,SYMBAL contains duloxetine and is an anti depressant drug.It is used to manage depression and also for treating moderate to severe stress urinary incontinence in women.The side effects commonly seen are nausea, dry mouth, constipation, decreased appetite, somnolence, fatigue, increased sweating. ME-12-OD contains folic acid,mecobalamin,pyridoxine and is a multivitamin tablet.It is used in treatment of megaloblastic anemia which is due to deficiency of vitamin B12.The common side effects are anorexia, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. EVION contains Vitamin E.Vitamin E prevents chemical oxidation, hence it acts fundamentally as an antioxidant. It is also important for the proper function of nerves and muscles. Vitamin E requirements are increased surrounded by intestinal disease, hepatic disease, pancreatic disorders and surgical removal of stomach.Evion is safe for long term usage. No fatal side effects have been reported. |
