Hi,the side effects of REPACE H may include electrolyte imbalance (especially hyperkalaemia); dry mouth, thirst; muscle pain and cramps; rashes, weakness; impotence; hyperglycaemia; back pain, taste disturbances, cough; chest pain; wt gain, upper respiratory infection and rise in cholesterol and/or triglycerides.
