My height is 5'5". My weight is 92.5kg. I havbe started doing excercise but I need a good diet chart. It will be very helpfull if somebody can suggest me a good diet to follow which will help me reduce my weight.

For a height of - 5' 5'' , the ideal weight will be less than 65 kgs. You have to shed 1/3 of your weight . As you have a BMI of more than 40, you should be lucky enough to go beyond your 40th year without much complications - for obese people have more diseases . Obese people are more prone to - High BP, heart disease, joint diseases, Diabetes or even other organ diseases. Match up to your height or else they may catch up.Diet - lots of vegetable(not potato), especially leafy ones, salads of cucumber. - drink half a litre or more of water before you indulge to fight the battle of the bulge. - you love the animals? - let them stay out, not within you. Non-veg adds to 'fatness'. - For diet chart, follow diabetic diet chart 800-1000 Kcals.Keep off Sweet / Keep on Sweat
