I am 42 years old male, known diabetic, under control. nowadays iam can able to sleep only 7 hours in the night. is this enough. or it will agrevate my diabetes. at present I am in controll.please advise.

hi 7 to 8 hours of sleep is good enough , dont worry , and reduce stress , to get good continuous sleep
