his i.g.g reference range was 10(upper limit) nd hs igg count is 30. yes akurit4 is on an empty stomach in the morning 4 tablets. in the last 4 days of taking ths medicine hs back pain has reduced, he wld have sos painkiller diclogesic half tablet 3 times a day bt nw since 3 days he needs it only twice more so for low grade fever more than back pain. im still worried . can u enlighten me on this pls . waiting anxiously for ur reply, yes his dorsal spine mri was absolutely clear only his d6 d7 vertebras were showing to have changed shape . the radiologist said it was bcoz of an old injury, nd yes he was involved in a car accident 25 yrs ago, nd that particular area of the back i.e d6 d7 have a hurt kind of dent. mayb its n old injury playing up? but hw do we explain the severe back pain, nd low grade fever nd slight weight loss?is taking painkiller regularly harmfull, nd when will his condition improve . thanks a lot

We apologize for this long delay. There has been a technical problem and your question ended up in a different section. It is possible that the spinal deformity is related to an old injury. However rest of the symptoms are pointing to TB, how much weight has he lost since this april or for this year ? Over use of pain killers is not good, if it is TB it takes 6-9 months of treatment.
