I am taking veniz xr 37.5 since last 4 years for saving myself with depression. Pl advice me for further cure

Veniz-XR or Venlafaxine is used primarily for the treatment of major depression and anxiety disorders. Veniz xr can cause the following Adverse Drug Reactions Nausea, vomiting, anorexia, dry mouth, constipation, hypotension, tremor, sweating, rash, anxiety, dizziness, fatigue, headache, syncope, sleeplessness, somnolence, constipation, , sexual dysfunction, dyspepsia, visual disturbances,, increased cholesterol concentrations, increased LFT. Aggressive behaviour (especially at the start and when stoppping therapy). How is the response to this medication ?
