I am experienced a lower back pain from last two years,exercises provide some relief, but long sitting poses difficulties in standing, MRI, X-rays done previously are OK. PLZ provide diagonose '

hi this could be due a spasm of the muscle , avoid sitting in same posture for long , use comfortable chair and change positions , take a walk after every half an hour , also lying down on a flat surface and avoid cushioned mattress , also two wheeler riding is better to avoid and back belts are available for support and work well , avoid lifting heavy weight , and jumping , etc , yoga and back strengthening exercises , will help
