my father age is 50 years.he have hiv possitive,recently doctor found T.B also effected.C4 Count is 170.now he is very weak.can you tell any solution this case.

Dear Patient, I am very sorry to hear about your problems. There is unfortunately no cure. Your aim should be to keep his CD4 count as high as possible, and Viral Load as low as possible. Kindly consult a Physician regarding further advise and follow up.
