| Q : my mother age is 53 and he is tested for USG of lower abdomen pelvis by dr. becoz of irregular periods and is by seeing the report dr. advise us for utereus remove bcoz of myoma in uterus and if not uterus remove then it is chance that further further chance of formation of myoma (tuomur) I want to know whether there is no alternative other than uterus remove and his test repot shows as below UTERUS bulky. It measures 11.1cm*7.1cm*5.6cm A 2.8cm isoechoic mural myoma is suspected on Rt. Side of fundus. Mild line endometrial echo is well apposed(ET--.9cm) . Cervix appears normal
OVARIES . normal in shapesize. No SOL or cyst is seen Rt. Ovary measures 3.1 cm*1.3cmlt. ovary measures 3.3cm*1.2cm
