Introduction

The woman’s body is wonderfully complex and delicate. However, multiple roles as the mother, daughter, wife, homemaker, wage earner can be physically and mentally quite taxing.
For the most part, women's health care needs are the same as men's health care needs. Women develop coughs, colds, stomach upsets, contusions, abrasions, and fractures. They need preventative care and immunizations. However, some of their health care needs are different owing to the following special features:
  • Women have some unique gynecologic and obstetric needs.
  • Women may have different vulnerabilities to certain diseases or injuries owing to very different body anatomic structures.
  • Women may use health care services differently than men.
With regards to women health care there are many tips that will help ensure her to take proper care of herself and leave a healthy and happy as possible. One of the first thing that a women need to do is to put herself first leaving all the priorities back. One must know the fact that when the females of a house are fit and healthy, then only the others members of the house are healthy. A healthy woman ensures the proper health and wellness of the entire member of her family thus making her home, a perfect place in the whole world to dwell in.
